We’ll work through expressions, posture, angles, wardrobe, and background choices together, so you never have to wonder what to do in front of the camera. That’s why every session includes guided posing and expression coaching. You don’t need to know how to pose or where to look. We’ll guide you every step of the way to create photographs that feel natural, confident, and authentic.

Choose clothing that reflects both your profession and your personality.

Solid colors generally photograph best, while busy patterns and large logos can be distracting. We recommend bringing a couple of options so we can choose what photographs best for your goals. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you choose before your session.

Absolutely.

Our Select session includes up to two wardrobe looks, while the Spotlight session allows up to five. Multiple looks give you a more versatile collection of images for LinkedIn, your website, speaking engagements, marketing materials, and social media.

Headshot sessions generally take place in our Port Jefferson studio. This allows us to control the lighting and backgrounds for a polished, consistent look.

If your brand or profession calls for an environmental look, we can discuss outdoor or on-location options.

Yes. Every final image receives professional retouching while maintaining a natural appearance. We remove temporary distractions like blemishes and stray hairs while keeping you looking like yourself.

You’ll receive your professionally edited, high-resolution images through a private online gallery.

Turnaround is typically within a few days, although timing can vary depending on the season and the complexity of your session. If you’re working toward an important deadline, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Each team member simply chooses the time that works best for their schedule, while we maintain the same lighting, backgrounds, and style throughout the project for a consistent look.
