What will be done ("Performance of Services")

• Individual shots: Multiple static/posed and “action” images captured of each player.
• Group shots: Fun shots, serious shots, etc. of all the seniors together.
• (Optional) Individual with family shots: Each player will have an optional opportunity to have her/his photo taken with a family member. Whether it’s with mom, dad, a sibling or any other family member. Family members should be dressed in spirit-wear or school colors (or black/white).
• (Optional) Group shots of all the seniors with their moms and/or dads or any other family members.

What each player will receive ("Consideration")

• A personalized banner (24” x 36” or larger) featuring either a single image, or a collage of images, from the shoot, to be displayed at the team's senior game.
• Social media ready digital images delivered via app and can be saved to and shared from any smart device.
• Online gallery to share with family and friends.
• $100 discount towards our "CHS PTSA Fundraiser" senior portrait session or $100 discount towards any of our other portrait sessions.
• Prints, press products, home décor and gifts will be available for purchase via online gallery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• SESSION: The Photo Session time and location will be decided upon by a representative of the team/organization, coach or athletic office.
• REFUNDS: The Senior Package is non-refundable.
• WEATHER: If Photo Session is postponed due to weather, rGRAYphotography and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
• COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 15 minutes early due to short shooting window. rGRAYphotography is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during session.
• CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining images for personal use only, and shall not sell said images or authorize any reproductions.
• COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of rGRAYphotography. Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, products, or other information (collectively, the "Work Product") developed in whole or in part by rGRAYphotography in connection with the Services will be the exclusive property of rGRAYphotography. Upon request, rGRAYphotography will execute all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of rGRAYphotography to the Work Product.
