The rGRAYphotography Picture Day

Similar to a “traditional” picture day, but not any “ordinary” picture day.

What's so different with a picture day by rGRAYphotography than an “ordinary” picture day?

  • Multiple shots featuring static and dynamic poses.

  • See your child’s photos before you finalize your purchase.

  • No paper order forms.

  • Mobile ordering right from your own device.

  • Prints, products and digital downloads are available for purchase as packages or à la carte.

  • Pick your packages. Pick your poses. Mix and match the photos in your package from all your different poses, finishes, buddy photos, etc.

  • Buy only the images you love, and only the products you need.

  • Personalize your own products.

  • Orders are shipped directly to your doorstep.

Reserve a spot at your assigned Picture Day

Reserve a spot at your assigned picture day by purchasing an AdvancePay credit from one of the session dates linked below. Please note the AdvancePay credit must be purchased at least one day before your session date.

  1. Follow this link to go to the PhotoDay website:
    The 2024 Picture Days happened already… Be on the lookout for a text from PhotoDay soon to let you know your photos are ready! In the meantime, take a look at past photo galleries here: https://my.photoday.com/s/rGRAYphotography/cyfc

  2. Tap “Get Started”.

  3. Enter your Mobile Number and follow the prompts to create a PhotoDay account (you will be prompted to log-in if you already have a PhotoDay account).

  4. Tap “Accept and View Gallery” to enter the AdvancePay gallery.

  5. From the gallery page, you may “Preview Storefront” or “Select AdvancePay Credit”. You can preview the storefront to view the various packages and products offered. When you’re done previewing the storefront, tap “Buy AdvancePay” and then “Select AdvancePay Credit”.

  6. Choose the amount of AdvancePay Credit you wish to purchase. The default amount is $75, but you may choose $100, $50, or the minimum $35. (For your reference, our clients spent an average of $109.20 per child during the 2023-24 seasons, but you are of course entitled to spend as little or as much as you choose to do so.)

  7. Enter your child’s full name in the “Subject Name” box.

  8. Tap “Checkout”.

  9. Complete your payment, and you have registered your child for your Picture Day! Just show up at your Picture Day at your assigned time in full uniform and be sure to bring your own equipment — helmet, goggles, gloves, stick, eye black — and whatever other favorite accessory worn on game day! As for footwear, it’s up to you if you want to wear cleats or your favorite pair of kicks for a trendy look.

If you have multiple children in the league, please purchase an AdvancePay credit for each of your children who will be having their photos taken. We absolutely can do sibling shots, and they can be done during either child’s picture day session. Buddy shots with BFFs are also encouraged and often super fun, and can be shot if time allows at the end of a team’s session.

How to PhotoDay.

How does PhotoDay work?

Here’s a quick video on how to access your gallery, find your photos, and place an order.

After watching the video, go to your PhotoDay gallery. Once you're signed in, use the FaceFind feature to "magically" find all your photos for you -- simply share any photo of your athlete and the gallery will use its facial recognition magic to automatically show you all the photos in the gallery that matches your athlete's face!
