Get ready for your 2024 Picture Day with rGRAYphotography!
Each athlete who would like to be photographed must reserve a spot by booking a session date and time via our booking system. Please read on for information on how to reserve a spot for your athlete.

Similar to a “traditional” picture day, but not any “ordinary” picture day.

Reserve a spot at Picture Day by booking one of the available session dates and times via the booking page linked below. Please note that you must book your session at least 3 days before your session date.

There are three options to choose from:
$35 plus 1 digital image download
$35 prints and product credit redeemable via the gallery store for digital files, photographic prints and photographic products.
Choice of (1) digital image, downloadable as a social-sized Shareable Digital File.
$100 credit plus 5 downloads
$100 prints and product credit redeemable via the gallery store for digital files, photographic prints and photographic products.
Choice of (5) digital images, downloadable as a social-sized Shareable Digital Files (regularly $35 each digital image).
$150 credit plus 10 downloads
$150 prints and product credit redeemable via the gallery store for digital files, photographic prints and photographic products.
Choice of (10) digital images, downloadable as a social-sized Shareable Digital Files (regularly $35 each digital image).
After you have chosen a session option, please choose your preferred date and time from the dates and times available.
Once you have chosen your preferred date and time, you will be able to enter your personal information, including Parent’s Name, Athlete’s Name, and Email and Mobile Phone.
After submitting your personal information, you will be asked for your payment information.
Complete your payment, and you have registered your athlete for Picture Day! Just show up at your Picture Day, 10 minutes before your chosen time, in full uniform! Be sure to bring your own equipment & favorite accessories — helmet, headband, gloves, eye black, pom poms for cheer team — and whatever other favorite accessory worn on game day to enhance your game day look! As for footwear, it’s up to you if you want to wear cleats or your favorite pair of kicks to sport a trendy look!
If you have multiple children in the league, please book a session for each of your children who will be having their photos taken. We absolutely can do sibling shots, and they can be done during either child’s session. Buddy shots with BFFs are also encouraged and often super fun, and can be shot if time allows at the end of a session.
