Team Pictures

• Team picture day will be held on Tuesday, October 7.

• Please check with your coaches for your team’s scheduled time.

• All team pictures will be free to download again this year! ✨

Individual Athlete Mini-Sessions

Individual picture day will be offered in a mini-session format across the following dates:

• Wednesday, October 8

• Thursday, October 9

• Tuesday, October 14

• Wednesday, October 15

• Thursday, October 16

Families may select their preferred date and time, but sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mini-Session Options

5 poses | 3 poses | 1 pose

Each mini-session includes high-resolution image downloads plus social-media-friendly files of all your athlete’s photos.

Siblings

If you have more than one child, please book a separate mini-session for each. At the end of your sessions, we’ll also capture sibling poses — and all those images are included with your downloads at no extra cost.

Coaches

If you are a parent/coach, we’d love to include you in a special photo with your child/athlete! At the end of your mini-session, we’ll capture a coach-athlete pose — and those images are included with your downloads at no extra cost.

Prints & Products

Prints and products are available for purchase separately through your online gallery, but there is no obligation to purchase anything additional beyond your mini-session booking, since you will have access to high-resolution downloads of all your images.
