Spring Sports ‘25 PICTURE DAY INFO

Get ready for your JFK Middle School Spring Sports Picture Day with rGRAYphotography!

Spring Sports Picture Day for all JFK Middle School Sports is Tuesday, May 20, 2025, during X-Time, in the weight room.

All athletes require an “AdvancePay” credit reservation to be photographed. Please read on for information on how to reserve a spot for your athlete.

Reserve a spot at Picture Day

Reserve a spot at your picture day by purchasing an AdvancePay credit via the PhotoDay website linked below. Please note the AdvancePay credit must be purchased at least one day before your session date.

  1. Choose the session date for your team was assigned to.

  2. Tap the link for your team’s assigned session date to go to the PhotoDay website.

  3. Tap “Get Started”.

  4. Enter your Mobile Number and follow the prompts to create a PhotoDay account (you will be prompted to log-in if you already have a PhotoDay account).

  5. Tap “Accept and View Gallery” to enter the AdvancePay gallery.

  6. From the gallery page, you may “Preview Storefront” or “Select AdvancePay Credit”. You can preview the storefront to view the various packages and products offered. When you’re done previewing the storefront, tap “Buy AdvancePay” and then “Select AdvancePay Credit”.

  7. Choose the amount of AdvancePay Credit you wish to purchase. The default amount is $75, but you may choose $100, $50, or the minimum $35.

  8. Enter your child’s full name in the “Subject Name” box.

  9. Tap “Checkout”.

  10. Complete your payment, and you have registered your child for your Picture Day! Just show up at your Picture Day at your assigned time in full uniform and be sure to bring your own equipment — helmet, goggles, gloves, stick, bat and glove, eye black — and whatever other favorite accessory worn on game day! As for footwear, it’s up to you if you want to wear cleats or your favorite pair of kicks for a trendy look.

If you have multiple children in the school, please purchase an AdvancePay credit for each of your children who will be having their photos taken. We absolutely can do sibling shots. Buddy shots with BFFs are also encouraged and often super fun, and can be shot if time allows at the end of a team’s session.

JFK Middle School Spring Sports ’25 Picture Day Schedule

  • Spring Sports Picture Day for all JFK Middle School Sports was Tuesday May 20, 2025 and Make-Up Day was Thursday May 22, 2025.

  • Pictures will be published via PhotoDay within 5-10 days after the completion of the session. All families will be notified by text at the phone number used to purchase AdvancePay credit. Thank you!
